Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident shopping with Alaya Collection. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Returned with all tags attached

• Returned with the hygiene liner intact

• Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or other marks

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements.

Return Fee

A flat return fee of $15 AUD will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please head to our returns portal.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty item or an incorrect order, please contact us at support@alayacollection.com.au and we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
